L&L HVAC CO. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment availability, or emergencies.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided by L&L HVAC CO. are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change based on actual conditions encountered during the service.
Prices for services are provided upfront and must be agreed upon before work begins.
Additional costs may apply if unforeseen issues arise during the service, and these will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may incur additional fees, and failure to pay may result in legal action.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
L&L HVAC CO. offers a one-year warranty on parts and labor for new installations, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.
Refunds for prepaid services will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, provided the service has not yet been rendered.
